IEEE GLOBECOM 2011 opens all tutorial sessions to the conference attendees FREE of charge

We invite submission of tutorial proposals for 3.5-hour length to be presented 5 December and 9 December on topics of interest of the conference. The proposals will be evaluated using the criteria of importance, timeliness, and conference coverage of the topic, track record of the instructor, and previous history for instructing tutorials. The final decisions on accepting tutorial proposals will also reflect space limitations at the conference venue.

  • Subject Areas
  • Intended Audience
  • Abstract (No more than 200 words)
  • Tutorial Outline
