 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR IEEE GLOBECOM 2011 WORKSHOP PAPER FINAL VERSIONS SUBMISSION:

1). Final or camera-ready version of your GLOBECOM 2011 Workshop paper(s) must be submitted to EDAS, not to IEEE Conference eXpress! After you register for the conference and receive the required registration confirmation code, login your EDAS account for your paper(s), and then you'll see a tab of "Final manuscript" with a hyperlink with the upload icon image next to it, where they can click on and upload their final paper(s). Note that the page length limit is 5; 6th page is allowed with a charge for the one additional page of USD100.

2). IEEE GLOBECOM Policies do not allow changes in the title and authors' list of a paper after acceptance.
